2nd Call for Short-Term Scientific Mission

Dear Members and Friends of the PortASAP COST Action,

 

The first call for Short term Scientific Missions (STSMs) of the 4th Grant Period is now open. The deadline for submission is the 16th of June 2021. Applications will be evaluated continuously (as soon as received and before the deadline). STSM proposals should include a document with the measures that will be taken by the host and visitor to fulfil the COVID requirements of the host organization and country. This document must be signed by both the applicant and host. The CORE Group wants to stress that STSM will only be paid if it takes place. It is of the interest and responsibility of the applicant and the host institution to take all necessary precautions.

 

If approved, the STSM cannot start earlier than 30 days after the date of submission and should be finished by the 1st of August 2021. STSM should be submitted via the eCOST platform. Please, attentively read the rules for submissions; applications that are not linked with a working group (and only one) will be rejected. You will also find the different criteria for evaluation. It is the responsibility of the applicants to highlight these points in their application. Following our experience in the past STSM, a host representative should be in CC in all exchange between the STSM applicant and STSM coordinator/evaluator.
