Dear Colleagues and Friends of the PortASAP (COST Action CA 16215),

 

We have the pleasure to invite you to the inaugural conference of the PortASAP COST Action. The meeting will be held in Porto, Portugal, from the 8th to the 9th of March 2018. The 1st PortASAP meeting is supported by the COST Association, and therefore there will be no conference fees. However, registration is compulsory as places are limited. To register for the PortASAP meeting, please fill in the registration form and email it to conf.portasap@gmail.com  before the 10th of February.

Abstracts for oral presentations should fit on one page, according to the available template. To submit an abstract, please use the template and send the file to  conf.portasap@gmail.com before the 10th of February.

Delegates are responsible for booking their accommodation and arranging transport. If you wish, you can book accommodation in the conference venue – Axis Porto for below 90 €. Please remember that for this meeting, the flat rate for hotel reimbursement is of 90€. The COST Association will provide transport, accommodation and meal subsidies for around 60 attendees. Subsidies will be available in the following order of priorities: (1) Management Committee members, (2) invited speakers, (3) registrations with accepted oral presentation, (4) early career investigators, (5) remaining attendees by order of registration.

VERY IMPORTANT: Please register to the conference as soon as possible by emailing us back the registration form but do not book transport or accommodation before you hear back from us, as we will not be able to refund your expenses in that case. Please also read and fill the participant data registration form and email it back with the registration form.
